 Daily Schedule – room 109

8:30 – 9:00  Breakfast or Report to the gym

9:10  – 10:20   Reading Block

Small group reading lessons and problem solving activities.
Students rotate through 4 stations, each lasting about 15 -20 minutes.  Stations may include computers, journals, handwriting, flexibly grouped guided reading with the teacher, phonics skills, or problem solving activities with manipulatives.

10:30  Snack Time 

10:40 Bathroom Break (back hall)

10:45 – 11:30  Special Areas

11:35 – 11:50  Recess

12:05 – 12:35  Lunch

12:40 – 1:50  Math Block

Whole group introduction, then students rotate through 3 or 4 Independent Math stations.

        Thursday 1:00 – 1:45 Spanish

1:40 – 2:40 Science / SS / Health   (Thurs – Math)

2:45 – 3:15   Free choice centers

3:20  Pack for Bus  (Tues – 2:10)
